Dear Mr King,
I wanted to write to you and thank you, and your wonderful team, for taking car of my first and, until recently, only car over the past 11 years
I knew my Astra was always in trusted hands whenever I brought her in for a service or an MOT; you never tired of answering my very basic questions, you always explained the mechanics of what had been done in ‘Pammie language’ (i.e. very simple to understand and not patronising) and the pre-warning of what may need to be done in future services (along with giving me a balanced description of what I needed to spend and what I could wait for), was invaluable. I may live in London, but there was only one garage I was going to trust to look after my car!
I am also very pleased that you have helped to find my lovely Astra a good home (apologies again for crying when telling you about giving her up – I’m still very embarrassed about that…!). She was a fabulous car, and I know her next owners will appreciate her as much as I did. As you know, I am now the proud owner of a year old Mini Cooper D Countryman, which means that I get Mini Servicing free for the next four years and, hence, I wont be needing you for the time being. However, be assured that I will be back as soon as that time is up.

I would like to say a very big thank you for the service you have just given me.
I limped into your garage with the undercover hanging off my Volvo and you were able to see to the problem immediately. As always, a very professional and helpful approach. I have realised that it is over nine years you have been looking after our cars – so a big thank you for keeping us safely on the road.

I cannot believe it’s been as close as you can get to 25 years that I have been coming to S & K Autos so I thought that it was about time that I thanked you and all your staff for a FIRST class service without, and I would like to emphasise this, any reason for complaint of any type, that has to be good in this day and age, where the customer seems to be the one person who is doing the company a service by taking their custom to them. Thanks again for the service you’ve provided over the years, long may it continue and the friendly efficient way your mechanics and management deal with each problem they are faced with.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the prompt and efficient manner in which you repaired the electric window of my car. Without your assistance my wife and I would have spent the weekend “watchkeeping” on an open window.
I would also like to thank you for the time you spent giving me technical feedback on the problem
I cannot overlook the efficient way you dealt with the problems last Tuesday on my car. I had a good run home and no problem since for which I would like to express my grateful thanks to you. It is indeed a pleasure to deal with anyone who keeps a promise as you did.

I would like to thank you for the excellent service which you and your team have given me since we arrived at Rudloe, believe it or not, 1982/1983. We always knew that both of our cars were extremely well looked after and safe to drive. I do remember in particular that on one occasion whilst I was with NATO in Brussels you and your team worked on Mo’s car until midnight to ensure that she had her car for the next day. I can’t tell you how reassuring it was that if she had a problem with the car you would fix it.
I shall miss too the “banter” with both you and Dave. It has been a pleasure to know you, Dave and the team over the years and I am quite certain that will be difficult, if not impossible, to find another garage so well run in the Leicester area.

I write to thank you and all your staff most warmly for having serviced and looked after mu VW Golf so carefully and successfully since I asked you to be responsible for its continuing maintenance since September 2001.
The vehicle has now completed more than 61,000 miles and I hope that with your help it will continue to give me many more years of safe travel as long as I am allowed to drive it!
I particularly appreciate your very detailed invoices prepared after each MOT and Service and the most helpful way you explain each detail of work done when I collect the car.

I am writing to thank you, and in particular Dave, for the excellent level of service you have provided over the past few months with regards to my 2002 BMW E46 320d Touring.
After purchasing the car in March 2012 with a full BMW main dealer and BMW specialist service history, I was disappointed to find various issues that I think should not have been evident considering its history.
I feel that you have worked in my best interests to address all these issues in order of safety/importance and cost, and in particular for curing the traction control problem its had since I bought it, which two BMW specialists before you could not even diagnose correctly!
The car as we know still has a few minor niggles to deal with as and when budget allows, however it drives so much better than when I first bought it, and I will only be bringing it to you for all further work.
We will also be bringing our 2008 Fiesta Zetec S TDCi to you from now on. We have never had a problem with the Ford workshop that has been looking after it for the past souple of years, however we are so pleased with your workmanship and service we want to bring this business to you.
I’s have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and family, and being a BMW forum member I have sung your praises

I had lost a gold ring which was of extreme sentimental value to me.
When my car was serviced one of your employees found it and returned it to me. Unfortunately, I was not told his name.
Honest is a rare commodity these days, he is an asset to your company.

For nearly 20 years I heard from my parents about the care you took with their cars, Now that I have moved to Corsham, I too am able to appreciate your efficiency and expertise.
I am particularly grateful for the immediate assistance you always give in an emergency. For example, today when you discovered a nail in my rear off-side tyre you made sure that the tyre was changed in time for me to collect my son from school.

What can I say. As usual you retrieved me from my stressful situation and made everything better.
I cant describe how frightened I was when I was coming home on the motorway the other night with a car that was not performing properly and my mobile phone also not working. I was too scared to stop but worried that I would do untold damage to the car by carrying on driving. I decided on balance that it would be better to carry on driving and hope that I would get home in one piece. I have to say that it was the longest hour and a half of my life!!
However, you fixed it in your usual efficient and calm way and I have regained by equilibrium. I find that I don’t actually hate my car now, although I did Tuesday night.
Thank you for your invaluable help, I really do appreciate it.
